Assist with the management and growth of profitable metal fabrication business for GH Metal Solutions while demonstrating exceptional customer service.
The CSR will play a key role in supporting the strategy and execution of a world-class customer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Accurately enter customer orders and maintain detailed account information.
Interface with customers via phone and email; provide follow-up status in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot issues with customers orders effectively in compliance with all associated training and work instruction to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Ability to maintain a professional and effective relationship with internal and external customers while coordinating information sharing.
Assist in management of on-time delivery, quality performance, gross margin, and customer satisfaction to meet expectations defined by management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.

) EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Associate degree or above preferred but not required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Must be able to work reasonably with a customer to resolve a problem, and work from written or verbal instructions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous customer service experience or related experience preferred.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Must be team oriented, excellent written and verbal skills, and have proven experience with telephone etiquette and people skills.

Normal range of dexterity to operate a computer and telephone.
